   Just a couple of shots of our Blown V-Rod project here in the States.
   We're on the back half of the project and hope to be testing it in the next couple of weeks. It was a chore to cobble all the parts together, but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and we're hoping it's not a freight train!

   Will run it initially with a CV carby but will be changing over to injectors as soon as possible. Just want to get some of the kinks out of it first.

   Here's the top view. As you can see, we ran out of spots for gauges. We'll have to make some brackets to hold more info LOL!

   Austin putting the finishing touches on the blower drive. He'll be piloting this thing down the quarter mile and doing our test riding. 3 Time East Coast Motocross Champion should be able to get the best numbers out of it. If not, we'll throw a knobby on it and see how he does.

   Oy Mick Et Al!

   Sorry for the big lag in posting. But have been tirelessly cleaning the shop in anticipation of the big press/punch arriving. As Cleaning isn't my strong suit, I've been spending a lot of time opening up boxes and saying "Oh! That's where that was! Oh! I can use that!" which as we all know causes us to not throw anything away in the hopes that we'll have a need for it "sometime soon".

   Progress on V-Rod is going well. We DO need to alter the fuel system as the bowl is being sucked dry under hard throttle. Will take Mick's advice and install larger extended fuel bowl as well as some other bits and bobs to try to tame the tendency to stall. Methanol Injector works flawlessly.

   Here are a couple of photos to keep you interested (hopefully).

   We'll be having to send Austin down to Oz if this celebrity keeps up!

   Just as a key to the photos.

   Austin reworking the blower case. We had to crind some clearance into the case as it just would not fit the stock location. Of course, Austin, being Mr. Perfection, had to smooth and repolish all the ground areas. Glad he did as they DID show when the blower was mounted. Also he removed the scratches that were present out of the box.

   As we removed the stock injectors and went with a CV carb, we had to have a way to plug the injector holes. We probably could have left the injectors in, but I felt that a plug would be a better solution. We machined them up and press fit them into the injector bungs. To remove, we'll just grasp them with a pliers and twist them out. Ultimately, we will put injection BACK into the mix, but for now we're concentrating on getting the carb sorted.

   Next two photos show plugs in position. they have stayed put under boost, so I guess I really DO know how to read a micrometer. <G>

   The original intake manifold before we installed the custom Methanol injector. More to follow.
