I pulled the clutch pivot out and it was cactus so I bought a new one and put that back in, and whilst much better once you get into city riding (doesn't happen much around here), the noise returns and sounds alot like something is caught in the sprocket I've adjusted the load on the pivot to what I think it should be, but maybe there is a tad too much pressure and once hot is just moving the shaft off the pivot?
